As the director of artWorks Gallery, an undergraduate gallery at James Madison University, I was in charge of daily operations.  I booked artists for four shows based on themes and aesthetics and designed each show via moveable walls and hanging work.  I organized installations and deinstallations, through which I taught my team of 20 plus undergraduate interns how to professionally handle artwork.  I was also in charge of maintaining a budget, advertising and communicating with our graphic designer, and organizing gallery receptions.
